About
LingoAudit is the browser build of a written spec for store copy and software strings. The scan is a list of 14 stiff phrases, one cultural pairing, and a length check. A reviewer, when you ask for one, is also on this machine. This site has no support inbox and no measured customer count.
The written product has three layers. This site implements a local version of each one.
In the spec. A set of agents reads the draft and returns a report in about 30 seconds.
On this site. A fixed list of 14 stiff phrases, one cultural pairing, and a length check. The report is ready when you paste. It runs in this browser.
In the spec. A certified reviewer abroad receives the marked draft. If nobody claims it in five minutes, the spec assigns one.
On this site. You can switch this browser into the reviewer role and claim the job yourself. There is no certification step and no one abroad waiting.
In the spec. The same kind of check runs again. The spec also allows a second person to vote.
On this site. The same list runs again. Under 80, the draft stays with that reviewer. There is no second vote.
The marks and the point values are on the product page. The order of paste, payment, and claim is on How it works.
Audits, the signed-in email, the plan, and review jobs are written to this browser’s local storage under that name. Another computer has its own empty record, which is why a reviewer on a different machine cannot see your job.
The password is not in that record. The card number is checked for shape in the payment dialog and discarded when the dialog closes. The dashboard can clear the record after a second click: “Clear data on this browser.”
Registration does not create a server account. Prices and the fact that a Pro registration still lands on Free are on the pricing page.
The list was aimed at store copy and at software strings. A marketing page in the form uses the store-copy rules.
Titles, bullets, ads, and influencer email. The homepage scan is US English store copy, which is the right setting for those.
EcommerceButtons, settings, and errors. German and French controls need a new audit set to Product UI. A bare line on the homepage misses that length rule.
SoftwareThis site prints no user count, no linguist roster, and no on-time rate. Those figures were not measured here. A localization platform’s job is the catalog, the glossary, and the release across languages. This scan checks the paragraph you are about to publish.
“Unlock” is on the stiff list even for a padlock. The cultural mark is one pairing: “Muslim” with “Christmas” or “Black Friday” in the same sentence. Jokes, slang, and a wrong product term can pass. How to use this site is on the contact page. The product is LingoAudit, at lingoaudit.com.
The list will either mark it or leave it at 100. Either result is more useful than this page.
